Not a ticketing system, not a bot, and not a form that disappears into a queue. Arabic and English are both welcome, and you will get a reply in whichever you wrote in.

Something is broken, or something is not behaving the way the page says it should. The most useful report says what you did, what you expected, and what happened.
privacy@
Data requests, deletion requests, and any question about what is held and why. This one is answered first and within thirty days at the outside.
What to expect
- Reply time
- Usually a couple of days. If something is genuinely broken, say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
- Languages
- Arabic and English. Write in whichever you think in — we would rather read an unpolished sentence in your own language than a careful one in ours.
- What happens to your mail
- It is read, answered, and kept only as long as it is useful for helping you. You are not added to a list, because there is no list. The details are here.
- Security reports
- Write to privacy@ with "security" in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it; we will confirm receipt, fix it, and credit you if you want the credit.

Use hello@. We are a small studio and we do not have a press office, but we answer real questions properly and we are happy to send the logo in a usable format.
